With a passion for supporting neurodiverse children and adolescents, she excels at building meaningful connections that foster trust and respect. Her tailored approach ensures that each young person feels valued, understood, and empowered in their unique journey.
Dedicated to providing neurodivergent-affirming care that embraces the unique strengths and qualities of neurodivergent children, Shagun’s approach equips young people and their families with the skills, tools, and strategies needed to enhance participation and success in home, school, and social environments.
Shagun’s expertise encompasses a broad range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief, and loss. Shagun cultivates connections with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, bringing empathy and insight to her practice. Her goal is to empower young people to become active agents of change by harnessing their inherent strengths to promote growth and resilience.
Shagun holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University and has honed her Clinical skills through roles at Blacktown Hospital, Macquarie Psychology Clinic, Headspace and the Centre for Emotional Health Clinic. Shagun possesses 10+ years of experience in government and NGO organizations, leading and implementing transformative changes in high-risk, complex clinical cases delivering successful outcomes.
Shagun is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS). She is a registered service provider under the Medicare.
Shagun is an accredited provider of the Cool Kids Programs and Secret Agent Society.
Clinical Psychology Registrar
Jacinta is a Clinical Psychology Registrar passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Australian Catholic University, she specializes in early intervention for anxiety, mood, and behavioural challenges, helping young people build resilience and thrive emotionally and socially. Jacinta works closely with families, providing tailored interventions, comprehensive assessments, and guidance to ensure each child receives the support they need to flourish.
In addition to her work with children and families, Jacinta has experience in adult mental health, having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This included helping adults navigate complex challenges, including trauma, personality and mood disorders.
Jacinta’s evidence-based approach incorporates therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, creating a safe and supportive space for clients. Jacinta also brings experience working with adults facing complex challenges, including mood and personality disorders.
Jacinta is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS) as well as a registered service provider under Medicare.
Jacinta is an accredited provider of the Cool Kids Programs.
Therapy Assistant
As a young and enthusiastic member of our team, Mika brings a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s younger generation. With a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Southern Cross University and currently pursuing her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), she combines her academic background with a genuine passion for supporting children and adolescents.
Mika is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves, work through their struggles, and build on their strengths. She plays an active role in facilitating group therapy sessions, ensuring a compassionate and welcoming environment that encourages personal growth and development.
Originally from the Blue Mountains, Mika enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and pets when she’s not working.

Jo is an integral part of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through her 20+ years of experience in office management. As the first point of contact at our reception, she expertly handles appointments, manages client intake processes, and oversees administrative tasks to maintain an organised and welcoming environment where families feel supported.
Jo truly embodies the clinic’s family-centred ethos. As a mother of two grown children, she understands the challenges and joys of raising kids, allowing her to connect with the needs of both our young clients and their families. Her attention to detail and commitment to a positive environment shine through in how she manages the clinic’s daily operations.
Originally from Canberra, Jo now enjoys the warmer climate of Coffs Harbour, where she loves camping, exploring nature, and relaxing by the beach with her family.
